Welcome to Meadvale Karate Club

We are a friendly club with members of all ages. Training in the Martial Art of Karate offers many benefits to boost confidence and increase fitness. Meeting in St Johns Church Community Centre, Redhill, you are welcome to join us for a free taster session.

Karate Classes

We hold 4 training classes each week.

Mondays
4.15-5.15pm open to all

Wednesdays
6.00-7.00pm Juniors
7.00-8.00pm Juniors
8.00-9.00pm Seniors and higher grades (teenagers and adults)

Progressing through the belt levels, there are gradings at the end of each term. Our main grading is held in July each year.

Effective Self-defence is part of our ethos which we incorporate into our lessons. There are Self-defence Courses open to members and non-club members.

Who we are

Meadvale karate club Reigate Redhill

Starting in 2009, we began as a self-defence class for mums and their daughters. We progressed and became an official Karate Club using traditional Shukokai/Shitoryu karate practises and techniques.

We have students from Reigate, Redhill, Horley and several from Meadvale and Woodhatch.
